Position Summary:

As a Senior Email Marketing Specialist at NexGen Cloud, you will spearhead our email marketing initiatives, focusing on both cold email campaigns and ongoing customer engagement strategies. Your expertise in managing large-scale email campaigns and proficiency in using HubSpot will be instrumental in driving our marketing success. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a keen understanding of email marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute large-scale cold email campaigns and ongoing customer engagement strategies.
• Manage all aspects of email marketing, from planning to implementation, monitoring, and analysis.
• Utilize HubSpot for email campaign creation, management, and performance tracking.
• Utilize Other Email Tools for email campaign creation, management, and performance tracking
• Segment email lists and personalize emails to target specific customer groups effectively.
• Design and test various email components, including subject lines, email copy, layouts, and calls-to-action, to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze campaign outcomes, providing detailed reports on key email marketing metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all email marketing best practices, privacy laws, and anti-spam regulations.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in email marketing to implement innovative strategies and tools.
• Manage and optimize the email marketing database for segmentation and targeted marketing activities.
  

 Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong background in managing large-scale email campaigns.
• Demonstrated experience in using HubSpot for email marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful cold email and customer engagement campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting email campaign data.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, GPU resources, and cloud GPU service providers is advantageous.
