Software Development:
This team, based in Bangladesh, Albania, the UK, and Portugal, develops scalable and innovative solutions while ensuring top-quality software. They create seamless user experiences that drive the company’s growth and deliver lasting value to customers.
DevOps:
The DevOps team (based in Bangladesh) focuses on enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of all our systems. They connect Infrastructure, Software, and Support to deliver high-quality products faster by automating and streamlining the entire software delivery process.
Quality Analysis:
The QA team in Bulgaria ensures product quality through rigorous testing, identifying issues before deployment to deliver seamless, high-performing solutions. Their work safeguards NexGen Cloud’s reputation and enhances customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience:
Split between the UK and US, this team provides advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth operations for clients and internal systems, all while delivering high-quality service to clients.
