THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, resourceful and forward-thinking Data Analyst to play a key role in our expanding Operations team to help our strategic shift to a Data Driven Organisation.
This role has a unique opportunity to set the foundation for data processes, reporting and automation. You’ll collaborate with the leadership & cross-functional teams to unlock Business Intelligence insights that will drive key business strategies and create meaningful operational efficiencies.

WHAT YOU´LL DO
Data Ownership & Integration
- Own the process of extracting, integrating and aggregating data from various internal and external sources (data warehouses, business systems, APIs).
- Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across platforms.
- Partner with Operations and Business Teams to automate and streamline integration workflows.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Design and build insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
- Deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders and leadership on KPIs, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting needs and provide real-time, business-critical analysis to support agility and informed decisions across the organization.
- Influence decision-making by presenting data in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, aligning insights with strategic objectives.
Advanced Data Analysis
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that directly influence strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Leadership, Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to translate data findings into business actions.
- Conduct rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Automation & Process Optimisation
- Map, document and enhance business processes while identifying automation opportunities.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or similar.
- Lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency and scalability across departments.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Implement best practices in data governance, security and compliance.
- Ensure proper documentation of methodologies, processes and workflows for knowledge sharing and scalability.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence
- Be the go-to expert for data insights within the RevOps team and wider organization.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to optimize data accessibility and usability.
- Provide support and knowledge-sharing to team members on BI tools and data processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in data extraction, integration and automation projects.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data from relational databases is mandatory.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with automation tools beneficial (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier).
- Familiarity with scripting & analytic languages like Python or R is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Bonus: Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and experience with ETL workflows (Alteryx, Talend, Apache Airflow).
