Position Summary:
We’re seeking a reliable, mid-level Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting and support the month-end close process. You’ll work closely with the finance team to maintain clean books and streamline workflows.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and is eager to support the expansion of the finance function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliations etc)
- Manage invoicing and payment processing for customers and vendors
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals and prepayments
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and intercompany transactions
- Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting
- Assist in preparing VAT returns and other tax filings
- Maintain up-to-date records of expenses, fixed assets and depreciation
- Help optimize financial workflows and implement automation where possible
- Support finance leadership in generating reports for internal and investor use
Requirements
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally (but not mandatory) in the tech field.
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliations and multi-entity transactions
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or usage-based billing models
- Familiarity with financial tools and integrations (Stripe, Netsuite etc.)
- Exposure to GPU/AI/cloud markets is a plus
